Martin Luther King Day Camp
WINTER BREAK camp is offered in Downtown Gilroy.
This camp is from 9AM-3PM. You can choose from full or half-day enrollment. Camp is instructed by professionals in different fields of artistic study and practice.
Door opens at 8:45AM
Morning Session is 9AM-12:00PM - pick up is 12PM
Afternoon Session is 12:00PM-3PM - pick up is 3PM
Each session will have a break between activities in which they can snack and play with others in our outdoor area. Typically each session includes two activities or one broken into multiple parts.
Full-day lunch is between 11:30-12:30pm
Weather permitting, lunch may take place at Forest park or the play ground outside the library. Safety is our top concern during the walk and attendance is taken at the park and back at the studios. Walking to the park encourages independence while learning to be aware of their surroundings. Plus there is the added benefit of getting a bit of exercise, learning new games, and playing freely with others.
Half-day campers do not walk to the park.
All campers must provide their own snacks, lunch, water bottles, and weather-appropriate clothing. We will have water to refill water bottles.
Camp fees are non-refundable
We can provide a receipt for child care tax credit with our FEIN upon request.
